Alicia Keys’ song “Fallin’” became reality this past weekend when the singer, who’s five months pregnant, fell onstage during her performance at the Essence Festival in New Orleans. According to Rap-Up.com, Alicia was performing her song “Love Is Blind,” when she suddenly fell backwards, right on her butt. Trouper that she is, however, she got right back up and continued the song. In fact, it seemed so smooth that in a video of the incident, a concertgoer can be heard asking, “Did she mean to do that?” As for why she fell, a witness told the gossip site MediaTakeOut.com that Alicia was wearing high heels and seemed to be having trouble keeping her balance during her set.
